With an estimated 15-20% of our workforce being neurodivergent, including neurotypes such as ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia, organisations are being asked to react to increasing requests for support.

At PegSquared, we believe that organisations can learn a lot from building neuro-inclusive environments - and the outcomes often benefit everyone.

It’s our mission to help organisations understand Neurodiversity. We help them to think differently about the workplace to become more neuro-inclusive, and to support people to work differently so that all can shine - neurodivergent or not.

We are not simply advocates. Our service offerings are underpinned by real-world corporate Neurodiversity experience. Our founder Tania Martin has extensive first-hand involvement in supporting a complex organisation to embrace Neurodiversity and start to create a culture where everyone can thrive. Building the award-winning EY UK Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence – a team of neurodivergent technologists – she had the opportunity to not only understand but implement neuro-inclusive practices.

Influencing and implementing strategy and policy on embedding neuro-inclusive practices within an organisation.   

Meet Tania Martin 👋

Tania is passionate about helping workplaces navigate neurodiversity at both a whole organisation and individual level. Her degree in Psychology, and ongoing curiosity in how people behave, have been pivotal in shaping a career that has been human-centered.

Leveraging her real world corporate neurodiversity experience from building the award-winning UK’s Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence at EY and 20+ years’ experience of leading complex people and technology transformation programmes, she brings a unique perspective to organisations wanting to create neuro-inclusive workplaces.

Tania herself has ADHD, diagnosed in 2022, providing a distinctive firsthand perspective on neurodiversity at work.
