About
PegSquared

Hello, I'm Tania!

As an experienced neuro-inclusion consultant, trainer and speaker. I help organisations to think about neuro-inclusion differently.

I believe we can only create transformative change if we stop trying to fix the problem for individuals and instead embed neuro-inclusive processes at an organisational level. But I get that this isn’t easy.

My approach combines neurodiversity expertise with real-world corporate experience to help organisations implement good practice and innovation across the entire employee lifecycle. Having headed up EY’s Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence (NCoE) for the UK&I I’ve seen firsthand the benefits of this approach.

Award winning

I’ve implemented neuro-inclusive people processes, won two RAD awards with my team for neuro-inclusive recruitment and have shared my insights as a keynote speaker, panellist and a podcast guest with more than 10,000 people.

Everything I do is underpinned by a deep understanding of organisational dynamics built from two decades of corporate experience in leadership, process improvement, and people and operational roles. With a degree in Psychology, I knew I wanted a career with people in the centre.

So when it comes to creating organisational change, I know what works and what doesn’t.
But I also know what it feels like to not fit in and struggle because of neurodiversity. At 42, I was diagnosed with ADHD yet my experience of support at work left me frustrated. Neurodiversity specialists lacked understanding of navigating the corporate landscape and were unable to meet my needs as an NCoE lead.

Through PegSquared, I’m here to change that. Blending corporate expertise with my professional and personal insight, I can help you make a difference that reaches far beyond the individual.

Let’s think and work differently together.

It’s our mission to help organisations understand Neurodiversity. We help them to think differently about the workplace to become more neuro-inclusive, and to support people to work differently so that all can shine - neurodivergent or not.
Trust
We nurture relationships where trust is central and provide safe spaces to share what does and does not work.
Courage
We are unafraid to challenge the status quo and call out what does not work for those that may be afraid to have a voice.
Curiosity
We love to ask why?! To be inquisitive and curious so we can provide the best solutions to the challenges in your workplace.
Belief
We hold the conviction that we are all capable of, and will achieve, greater outcomes for individuals with neurodivergent conditions if we build more neuro-inclusive workplaces.
Inclusivity
We create a professional environments that not only accommodate but embrace neurodiversity and inclusiveness.
