Neuro-Inclusive TRAINING

Think differently – Empowering workplaces to embrace Neurodiversity

“Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world”

– Nelson Mandela

Our passion is action!
But before we act we need to educate.

We want to make training accessible to both organisations and individuals.  Therefore we are also developing our Neurodiversity Changemakers Programme. Keep reading for more details.

Organisational Training

PegSquared appreciates that not every organisation is at the same point in its neuro-inclusion journey, so we work closely with you to build training and workshops that align with your needs and priorities.

Awareness

Neurodiversity can be rife with misconceptions and stereotypes. Why is it relevant to the workplace? Who does it impact? What’s the difference between ADHD and Autism? How can allyship play a role in supporting those who are Neurodivergent?

Awareness training is always a good place to start to level-set on the language in this space and develop a solid foundation for sparking broader conversations on Neurodiversity.

Leadership

Leadership training focuses on the what and the why of Neurodiversity.

It’s about quick soundbites on:

  • What is Neurodiversity?

  • Why are we having this conversation?

  • What can the business gain by harnessing the power of neurodivergent talent?

  • What are the risks of ignoring it?

Line Managers

Neurodiversity becomes part of the everyday when a person in a team opens up about their neurocognitive differences. And with a rise in diagnoses and more candid conversations, line managers are now having to work through how they support neurodivergent talent.

Our training focuses not only on the theoretical, but also the practical, exploring the steps that a line manager can take, as well as the ways of working that they can put in place, to support an individual in their daily work.

Talent teams

Every process that a talent team implements will touch a neurodivergent individual in some way – whether it’s during recruitment or performance management. But were such processes designed with those who think differently in mind?

PegSquared can facilitate training and workshops to help talent teams navigate Neurodiversity, providing them with an understanding of what it is and how it might impact the processes they are responsible for.

These teams are central to building truly neuro-inclusive workplaces.

DEI Teams

We work with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams to understand the steps they can take to build and execute a Neurodiversity Strategy and/or Policy, level-setting on the why (why Neurodiversity is important, that is) and facilitating workshops to take action in the Neurodiversity space.

Neurodiversity communities and Champions

Our communities and champions play vital roles in shining a light on what needs to change to make the workplace more neuro-inclusive and helping to influence that change. We work with community leads and champions in an organisation to build the safe spaces where neurodivergent talent can find support or help set goals, navigate change and drive action to help build neuro-inclusive environments.

The Neurodiversity Changemaker Programme

  • Do you want to make a difference for your neurodivergent community?
  • Are you responsible for part of the employee lifecycle or have a role that impacts people?
  • Maybe you don’t know where to start but you want to drive change?
Our Neurodiversity Changemaker Programme is for those who support in navigating how to implement neuro-inclusive practices within your organisation. It will be a cohort of like-minded individuals who meet over an 8-week period to gain a deeper understanding of Neurodiversity in the workplace and what steps they need to take to help drive real change.

What people are saying

I just wished to thank you again for speaking at our Neurodiversity workshop - you were absolutely brilliant, as I knew you would be! You covered so much ground in the time all of which was of huge interest to our delegates. You are also wonderfully articulate and very easy to listen to; I could have listened for so much longer and had more questions I would have loved to ask.
